We are looking for a motivated Backend Developer to manage and expand the our HR platform. You’ll be responsible for automating job distribution, responding to user queries via the bot, and maintaining backend performance using Django and PostgreSQL.
🔸 Note: This is an unpaid opportunity, perfect for backend developers who want to build serious production-level features, gain hands-on experience with Telegram bots, and strengthen their portfolio.
Key Requirements
Requirements:
Solid experience with Python (6+ months)
Proficiency in Django and Django REST Framework
Familiarity with Telegram Bot API and webhook handling
Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and data modeling
Confident using Git and collaborative workflows
Experience with basic machine learning logic is a plus
Ability to respond to user questions via the bot
Responsible and consistent: able to commit at least 6 months
