Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner. Choose whether you're a job seeker or employer, fill in your details, and follow the verification process.

Log in to your employer account, click on "Post a Job" button, fill in the job details including requirements and benefits, then submit for review.

Go to your dashboard and click on "My Applications" to see the status of all your job applications.
